A source close to the situation confirmed for the The Cornell Basketball Blog that Jonah Travis (De La Salle HS) Minneapolis, MN, 6-6, F, has committed to attend Harvard next season. Travis had more than a dozen scholarship offers from low and mid majors including, Wofford, Green Bay, Boise St., Cal Poly, Lafayette, Loyola (IL), Milwaukee, Miami (OH), Northeastern, Northern Colorado, Northern Illinois, Toledo, and Tulane.

Travis is the 18th player set to play for the 2011-2012 Crimson roster and will play in the same position area as incoming freshmen-- Laurent Rivard (6'5"), Matt Brown (6'4), as well as sophomores, Dee Giger (6'6") and Christian Webster (6'4").

Harvard is going to dominate the Ivy's before too long. All it's gonna take is one Ivy championship to raise their profile, and Amaker will do the rest. Just watch.
