Recruiting News

Below, some recruiting news from around the Ivy League.

Garrett Jones (Evanston HS) Evantston, IL, 5-11, G, told Bleacher Report that he holds scholarship offers to Toledo, Wisconsin-Green Bay and Loyola (IL), but "Toledo and Cornell are at the top my list as of now." He said he is also hearing from "Lehigh, Holy Cross, and a lot of Ivy League schools."

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Malcolm Brogdon (Atlanta Christian HS) Atlanta, GA, 6-5, F, committed to Virginia over offers from Vanderbilt and Harvard among others.

Rivals.com reports that Eric Norman (Parker HS) San Diego, CA, 6-7, F, committed to SMU after receiving interest from Yale, Harvard, Penn, and Columbia. His offers included from American, Denver, Harvard and Princeton.

A.J. Matthew (Huron HS) Ann Arbor, MI, 5-10, G, committed to Toledo per AnnArbor.com. Matthews had 13 Division I scholarship offers and narrowed his list to five schools with Cornell, Lehigh, Columbia and UNC-Greensboro making the final cut. Other schools offering included Dartmouth, Colgate, Fairfield, FIU, Holy Cross, Houston Baptist, Prairie View, and Manhattan. Northwestern, Duquesne and Cleveland State were among other schools involved.
