Ivy League Awards: Week No. 1

Cornell's Aaron Osgood was named to the Ivy League's weekly honor roll. The Ivy League's Office notes as follows, although Osgood's hometown was incorrectly listed by the League Office as Adam Wire's hometown:
PRINCETON, N.J. -- Ivy League men’s basketball is in full swing after the opening weekend with 16 games on the slate this week. The schedule highlighed by Yale taking on Boston College in game pitting Bulldogs head coach James Jones against Eagles head coach Steve Donahue, in his first season in Chestnut Hill after 10 seasons and three-straight Ivy titles at Cornell, and his younger brother Joe Jones, who went to Boston College with Donahue as his associate head coach after seven season as Columbia’s head coach...
