Cornell first met Dartmouth during the 1900-1901 season, with the men of Dartmouth winning 26-12 on January 18, 1901 in Hanover. Above, the February 4, 1901 issue of the Cornell Daily Sun references Cornell's first ever meeting with the Big Green.
The Big Red first met Harvard a year later during the 1901-1902 season with Cornell capturing a 34-26 victory in Cambridge. Harvard would even the series in the programs' second ever meeting, a 26-20 Crimson win in Ithaca.
