It's great that there is now another blog devoted to Ivy League basketball. Do you know who is running Ivy Hoops Online and, if so, with which schools they are affiliated?

Don't know anything about it. But looks like it is a collection of alums/students from different schools each writing about their own school.

There have been several Ivy sites in recent years, including Mike James' site which is still up.

That's good writing.

I just googled the authors of the six team reviews posted thus far. The Princeton and Penn pieces were written by current students at those schools. The Big Red summary was done by a recent Cornell graduate. The other names seem to be pseudonyms. The Harvard column was written by a Crimson supporter (2.8 seconds!) who has the tone of a current student.

I agree that a couple of the articles are quite well written.

Yeah - though I've learned my lesson from the last two years. I just don't have the time to write pieces that are game or result focused and by the end of the year I just run out of steam.

I think pretty much everything that I do with my blog this year is going to be more feature based commentary/analysis, and I'm going to try to avoid the type of posts that you can get by reading a game story - just because, well, tons of other people already do that.
